Christmas Cards, Camo, Cuddly Lay and Rice Cereal

I'm just warning you, this post is going to have a lot of pics!

After her 6 month check up in a few weeks we are supposed to start rice cereal (we're starting at 6 months since she'll be 2 months behind on everything). We've practiced a couple of times to see how she would do. She wasn't too sure about it...

But believe it or not, I think that some of it did seem to make it in her stomach:-)



I wanted to get a good pic of her today for our Christmas cards. I took a TON and I think only have a few that might work for the card!

I could have taken that as a sign to stop, but instead just changed her outfit. She got this cute Christmas dress as a gift from Grandma G. I think her little buns look cute in the leggings:-).

6 Month Pics

Gavin came over this week donning his Calvin shirt, so Layla wanted to put hers on to match him.

5 Months Old!

Layla is 5 months old today!

Halloweekend

Friday we met Jill and Ella, Jamie and Alden, and Lindsey and Jonathan at the mall for a play date (okay, maybe we shopped more than they played:-0). Jonathan and Layla are already interested in each other...


After the mall, Layla and I went to visit Joe at work. A lot of his co-workers took their kids in to go trick or treating. Layla obviously couldn't go trick or treating, but she wanted to come visit anyway.

After that, we went to show Grandpa and Grandma Geurink her Halloween costume.

Saturday night we had our friends over to our house. The kids wore their costumes.

No Ella yet on this one, she was getting her costume on...

Ella (1 month old today), Layla (5 months old tomorrow), Jonathan (was 6 months old on Saturday), and Alden (will be 3 months old Wednesday).

Yesterday we took advantage of the nice day and went for a walk by our house.

I know this is kind of a weird angle, but we worked with what we could find as a camera stand in the woods:-)
