Big Girl Bath
Layla took her first bath in the big tub this week, well, sort of...her tub was in the big tub. She was starting to splash too much doing it on the kitchen sink. She started eating some of the meat baby foods this week. She loves them! She puckers her face eating fruits, but loves all veggies, meats and anything else we give her. She even liked a little piece of cooked green pepper the other night. We're not really giving her "people" food yet as I don't really know when it's okay to start that, but she's had some pieces of bread and such and loves it. It's nice to give her finger foods so that she can keep herself occupied feeding herself while I make dinner. I just get paranoid that she'll choke and I won't remember CPR even though I took it twice (at ZCH and Spectrum) so I only give her little pieces:-). I'm sure I'll get over that eventually:-).

Those pictures are so incredibly sweet -he eyelashes are so beautiful! I am so glad that she is enjoying all the food - that must be so fun to watch her react to all the foods! Jill

Yea for big girl tubs!! And good that she's eating finger foods. Jonathan will only feed himself puffs, cheerios and toast but nothing else. He also has taken an aversion to vegetables, unless mixed with applesauce, and any fruit cut in chunks, unless mixed with applesauce or yogurt.
Does the fear of choking really go away? I'm still scared!!
Those eyelashes are to die for. And Carter loves to watch our screensaver of his pics too...so funny.
