Here's To You, Lindsey Q.

As Lindsey pointed out, it's been a bit since our last blog post. I guess not too much has been going on. I'm still trying to get rid of my cough/bark that I got over 2 weeks ago. That has been frustrating (I think more so for Joe than for me!). Apparently my family has been sick as well--my dad is currently sick in MS on a mission trip, my mom is sick, my BIL was sick and so was my nephew. I've haven't seen them for over a month, so at least I know that I wasn't the one that spread it to them!!

I just uploaded some pics from recent events and realized that the majority are of Elvis:).

Here's one pic that wasn't of Elv of a table at the progressive dinner we had a church (anyone that went to our wedding might think the theme looks awfully familiar:) ).Ok, so the rest are of Elv...here he is enjoying his potty path that dad so nicely snow blows for him in our front yard.
Elv just chillin' on the couch...
Joe and Elv studying for before Council tonight...
I've still been having the crazy pregnancy dreams. Last night I dreamt we had the baby. In my dream I couldn't remember the birth, so I figured it must have happened while I was sleeping (if only it was really that easy!). So we drove the baby home (on my lap because we didn't have a car seat) and when we got home we put the baby on our bed and left to go to Meijer to get a car seat. When we got home the baby was about to roll off the bed, but I caught her! I'm pretty sure it was a girl, but then again part of the time I couldn't remember for sure and it was wearing green. The nice thing was that the baby never cried the whole time! Maybe that is forshadowing:). Unfortunately Elv wasn't even in the dream. Recently we were talking about what an adjustment he'll have to no longer being the baby and then he wasn't even in my dream! Poor baby! Our ultrasound is less than two weeks away, so that's exciting! We have still decided to not find out what we're having, although it will be tempting I'm sure!!

It's so great to finally hear from you guys. Thanks for posting just for me:) Great pictures. I love Elv studying at the table.

I asked Darrell what he would do if our kids were allergic to the dogs and he said "Guess we'll have to get rid of the kids!" :) I think about that too, my babies won't be my babies any more!! :) And if they wake my sleeping child by barking I'm going to ring their necks!! :)

good for you to not find out - I on the other hand do not have the patience...actually I'm scared of being dissapointed when it's born, so I need to prepare :)

Elvis will just have to man up and deal - put some jim beam in his dish and he can just pass out every night and sleep away the sadness. haha
